QuickBooks Invoice Importer End-User License Agreement.
Effective date: July 29, 2026
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the QuickBooks Invoice Importer (“Application”) provided by HatchHouse, Inc. (“HatchHouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Internal-use license
HatchHouse grants its authorized employees and contractors a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Application solely for HatchHouse’s internal business operations.
The Application is not offered for sale, resale, sublicensing, distribution, or use by the general public.
2. Purpose
The Application assists authorized personnel with:

Reading invoice information from source PDF files

Reviewing invoice and customer information

Matching historical customer accounts with QuickBooks Online customers

Preparing invoice information for possible transfer to QuickBooks Online
Users remain responsible for reviewing all information for accuracy before relying upon it or transferring it to an accounting system.
3. Authorized users
Only persons expressly authorized by HatchHouse may access or use the Application. Users must protect all credentials, authorization tokens, customer information, and other confidential data available through the Application.
Users must immediately report suspected unauthorized access or disclosure to HatchHouse.
4. Restrictions
Users may not:

Use the Application for any purpose unrelated to HatchHouse business

Provide Application access to an unauthorized person

Copy, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Application

Circumvent access controls or security measures

Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to QuickBooks Online or another system

Use the Application in violation of applicable law or third-party terms
-
Introduce malicious code or intentionally interfere with the Application
5. QuickBooks Online
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online using services provided by Intuit Inc. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s applicable agreements and policies.
HatchHouse does not control the availability, operation, or modification of QuickBooks Online or its application programming interfaces.

6. Data and accounting responsibility
The Application may process invoice, customer, transaction, and related business information. Authorized users must verify source documents, customer matches, amounts, tax treatment, and other accounting information before approving any transaction.
The Application is an operational aid and does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. HatchHouse remains responsible for its accounting records and regulatory obligations.
7. Ownership
The Application and its associated software, documentation, designs, and other materials are owned by HatchHouse or its licensors. Except for the limited internal-use license granted by this Agreement, no ownership rights are transferred to users.
8. Availability and changes
HatchHouse may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time. HatchHouse may also restrict or revoke a user’s access when appropriate for operational, employment, compliance, or security reasons.
9. Disclaimer
The Application is provided for internal use on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HatchHouse disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HatchHouse and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Application.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Termination
A user’s license ends immediately when the user is no longer authorized by HatchHouse or violates this Agreement. Upon termination, the user must stop using the Application and return or securely delete Application information when directed by HatchHouse.
12. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to this Agreement
HatchHouse may update this Agreement when the Application, its data practices, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
